Our therapist utilizes Mindfulness Practices, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help reduce anxiety.

CBT helps individuals recognize and reframe negative thought patterns that contribute to anxiety, replacing them with more balanced and realistic perspectives. By combining these approaches, individuals learn to observe anxious thoughts without immediately reacting to them, creating space for more intentional and calm responses.
